If you are looking for something different and “tasty”, we offer you the possibility of learning Italian language and cooking together. It sounds interesting, isn’t it? In this course you can prepare and eat typical Italian food, chatting and following the instructions of an expert cook. The menu includes a choice of starters, first courses, second courses, cakes, side dishes and vegetables in season, and you will taste and enjoy them all together at the end of the evening. An example? Bruschette, crostini, pizza, saltimbocca alla romana, tagliatelle, melanzane alla parmigiana, lasagne and tiramisù… Is that enough for making your mouth water?

During the morning you will learn Italian language in small groups and in the afternoon you will uncover the secrets of cooking and wines of the Marches.

Course programme:

1. Course of Italian language based on cooking, from Monday to Friday, communicative method;

2. Practical course in cooking of recipes from Italy and the Marches (6 hours) with the possibility of eating what you have prepared;

3. Afternoon trips discovering eno-gastronomic products of the Marches in wine cellars, dairies, oil mills, tartufferies…;

4. Guided tour to places of historical and artistic interest.

Course price: 370 €

A minimum number of students is required to start the course.
